What kinds of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos work best. For homes, choose a front-facing or favourite angle. For people and pets, eye-level photos in natural light are ideal.
Do I get to review the artwork before print?
Yes. You choose from your generated previews and receive a final proof to approve before anything is printed.
What portrait styles can I choose?
People portraits include watercolour, sketch, classic oil and pop art styles. Pets and Places have their own options, which you can compare on the artwork step.
Can I personalise my portrait with names or a message?
Yes. Add a name, title or occasion and a short message or date when you upload your photo. Your inscription is shown with the artwork as you choose your finish.
What sizes and frames are available?
Choose from the print sizes shown in the finishing step, in portrait, landscape or square format. Order a print only or add a Matte Black, Gallery White, Natural Birch or Walnut frame.
Is a real artist involved?
Artist review & enhancements is an optional extra. An artist checks your generated preview, refines small details and prepares the final proof. Without this extra, your portrait uses the artwork generated by the platform.
Can I get a digital copy?
Yes. Add Digital download in the finishing step to receive a digital file of your finished artwork alongside your print order. The extra is priced before checkout.
When do I pay?
You can upload your photo, compare generated previews and choose your finish before paying. Payment is taken at checkout, and you approve the final proof before the artwork goes to print.
Is checkout localised for the United Kingdom?
Yes. Prices and checkout are shown in GBP, and eligible orders include free UK delivery.
