1. About Eden Portraits

Eden Portraits provides personalised custom portrait artwork created from customer-submitted photos and order details. References to “Eden Portraits”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the Eden Portraits service. References to “you” mean the person using the website or placing an order.

2. Using Our Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with the site, attempt to access private systems, upload harmful files, or use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

3. Custom Orders and Customer Materials

When you upload photos, names, dates, notes, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to provide them to us and to ask us to use them to create your portrait. You remain responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the materials you submit.

You grant Eden Portraits and our trusted service providers permission to use your submitted materials solely as needed to create, proof, print, fulfil, support, and administer your order.

4. Proofs, Revisions, and Approval

Where a digital proof is provided, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully. If you request changes, please provide clear written feedback. Once a proof is approved, production may begin and later changes may not be possible.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Availability

Prices, currencies, promotions, and product availability may vary by market and may change from time to time. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Estimated delivery times are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery can be affected by production queues, shipping providers, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Because portraits are personalised and made to order, cancellations, returns, and refunds may be limited once artwork or production has started. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Eden Portraits website, branding, layouts, copy, and design are owned by Eden Portraits or our licensors. Your original uploaded photos remain yours. Unless separately agreed, finished portrait artwork is provided for personal use and gifting, not resale or commercial reproduction.

We will not use your private photos or finished portrait publicly for marketing without your permission.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for payments, email, analytics, hosting, image processing, printing, shipping, proofing, and customer support. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide a careful, reliable service, but the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eden Portraits is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or service.
